A successfully landed project is a really exciting accomplishment. Not only do you feel a sense of excitement at delivering a product that meets the goals, but you also gain a sense of how much you have grown throughout the project timeline. Each project teaches you more about yourself and your management style.
I pride myself in being organised and can work to a deadline. I set myself a high standard which ensures that every project I work on is delivered at the best possible standard. I have managed various projects in my career from the production of two school plays, to chaperoning national and international school tours. There have also been large scale deployment projects that required management and work, and I constantly manage the 22 Freelance Facilitators who make up my training team now.
An ongoing project that I continually manage is the rollout of training schedules for the various courses we offer, and the learning design of the courses themselves.
Grow with Google
This school deployment project funded by the Grow with Google team helped bring Google Workspace for Education to schools around South Africa amid the Covid - 19 pandemic.
Project SIFT
This project was launched to help integrate technology into schools around the Western Cape to help ensure that no child was left behind in their education.

All training is delivered by my team of Freelance Facilitators. This page takes you through all the aspects of managing this extensive team of 22 people.
High School Musicals
In my years as a teacher I directed and produced all aspects of two full scale musical productions.
